Before sending a booking request please read the information below.

Booking Information

Once we have received your Booking Request Form you will be contacted by the Studio Manager to discuss your session needs. We will then reserve your dates for you and a 'Booking Confirmation Form' will be emailed to you. This will need to be signed and posted back to us.

We also require a 50% deposit in order for your booking to be confirmed. This will be non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled more then 60 days before the session date.

We must receive both your signed booking confirmation form and deposit at least 6 weeks before the first session date. If your session is due to take place within 6 weeks of your making the request, then the deposit must be paid within 10 days of reserving your dates. Methods of payment for the deposit and all fees are shown below.

The remainder of the studio bill will need to be paid in full on the final day of your session. However, if your session is broken up over a period of time, we may require you to pay up to date for the session days that have been used, before your final day.

We are unable to release any copies of recordings, masters or session files until all fees have been paid in full and funds have cleared.

Payment Options

By Cheque

Please make all cheques payable to 'Stakeout Studios'. It will help administration and ensure security if the band name is written on the reverse of the cheque. The easiest option is to post your cheque together with the signed copy of the ‘Booking Confirmation Form’.

By Cash

Payment can be made in cash if a specific time is arranged for the money to be dropped off at the studio. To arrange this please contact the Studio Manager.

By Card

Payments can be made over the phone through our secure HSBC card facility. We accept Visa (Debit and Credit), MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Electron and Solo. Please note: there is a charge of 50p for all card transactions.

By Direct Bank Transfer
